Description
The Camp Levieux project involves the construction of 200 apartments distributed across 18 blocks, comprising 16 G+2 type blocks and 2 G+1 type blocks. Each apartment has a total floor area of 62.3 m², excluding balconies. The units feature two bedrooms, an open-plan living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior layouts are designed to maximize natural light and ventilation. Provisions are made for rainwater harvesting, the installation of solar water heaters, and photovoltaic panels. The project also includes infrastructure such as roads, a drainage network, and landscaped green spaces.
