Each apartment is designed to offer a comfortable living environment with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a fitted kitchen. The housing units include specific amenities for individuals with disabilities, thereby ensuring an accessible environment for all. The infrastructure includes asphalted roads, a drainage network, and landscaped green spaces. The project is well situated, close to local amenities. The project also includes infrastructure and facilities such as a futsal pitch, a jogging track, and a commercial unit.
