The Réunion Maurel project involves the construction of 216 terraced apartments in a ground floor + 1 upper floor configuration. Each apartment is designed to offer a comfortable living environment featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a fitted kitchen. The homes include specific adaptations for persons with disabilities, ensuring an accessible environment for all. The infrastructure includes asphalted roads, a drainage network, and landscaped green spaces.
