The Olivia project involves the construction of 212 ground-floor-only terraced apartments. Each unit is designed to provide a comfortable living environment featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The housing units include specific adaptations for persons with disabilities, thereby ensuring an accessible environment for all. Infrastructure works comprise asphalted roads, a drainage network, landscaped green spaces, as well as additional amenities such as a jogging track, a pétanque court, and a commercial area.
