Description

The Bambous project involves the construction of 100 row apartments, each with a total surface area of 60 m² situated on a 123 m² plot of land. The apartments comprise two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen, and bathroom/toilet facilities equipped with all necessary fixtures. Provisions are made for rainwater harvesting and the installation of solar water heaters or photovoltaic panels. The housing units are also adapted for persons with disabilities, featuring specific layouts to ensure accessibility. The project includes infrastructure such as asphalted roads, a drainage network, and landscaped green spaces.
