Description
The Arsenal 2 project involves the construction of 290 duplex and quadruplex apartments, each with a total area of 70 m². 66 apartments will be reserved for residents of Constituency No. 2. The apartments are well-equipped with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, an open kitchen, and complete bathroom facilities. The homes also feature provisions for rainwater harvesting and the installation of solar water heaters. Specific layouts are planned for people with disabilities, ensuring accessibility in line with international standards. The project also includes infrastructure such as asphalt roads, a drainage network, a water retention system, and landscaped green spaces, providing a pleasant and functional living environment for residents.
